This statement explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Gouden Bocht Originals is let by DILS and Van Dijk & Ten Cate. When you send us an enquiry or request a brochure, we share your details with them so they can respond. They handle your details under their own privacy statements, which you can find on their websites.
When you visit the website. We and our hosting provider automatically receive technical data: your IP address, browser type and version, device and the pages you visit. We need this to show the website, keep it secure and fix faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. To do this it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.
When you send an enquiry. Through the contact form we receive your name, email address and question. We use these to answer you and, if you are interested, to arrange a viewing or send a proposal.
When you request a brochure. We receive your name, company and email address. We use these to send you the brochure and to follow up on your interest in the building.
When you email us. If you write to info@goudenbochtoriginals.com, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use this to reply.
Legal basis for enquiries, brochure requests and emails: taking steps at your request before a lease is signed (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in following up on interest in the buildings (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data.
Webflow, Google, Cloudflare and LinkedIn are based in the United States, or may transfer data there. Where your data is transferred there, it is protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
